“My love for all things food blossomed when I was part of the marketing team for the London restaurant group, The Gladwin Brothers. Fascinated by the complexity of the dishes, I decided to pursue my passion further and enrolled in Leiths School of Food and Wine in 2018, followed by quitting my job to launch my own catering business in 2019. My plans were slightly put on hold in 2020. I adapted to the pandemic by launching weekly drop-off menus from my mother’s flat in London which quickly began to take off.
I am now based in South West London and specialise in bespoke events of all sizes, from intimate dinners, to large canapé events for brands, shoot lunches on location, weddings and much more.
The most enjoyable aspect of my job is observing guests revel in the experience that I helped create, making it an unforgettable memory.”
